A WORD FROM THE FOUNDER.

Brad Pattni is the Founder and Director of FIFTI Property. Since 2007 he has worked across a number of different sites from single dwelling refurbishments, to locally listed buildings that require them to be sympathetically refurbished for the future generation to own and enjoy.

In recent years, Brad has contracted as Development and Project Director for various high-net-worths, private individuals, investors, and property companies on commercial and residential conversions of medium to large value-add schemes ranging in value from £0.5m to £7m GDV.

Through Brad’s 15 years of experience across the Hospitality sector in various positions from operations, management, and launching new venues, he has a unique eye for design and detail.
